If you’re ever in need of care here, definitely ask for Bree! She was absolutely amazing. She showed so much compassion and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. If I ever need to come back, she’ll be the first person I ask for. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. They work so well together and made my experience a great one. A wonderful team! I truly appreciate everything they did! But Bree definitely did her job!

Dr. Demetrius Simmons and his entire overnight team were simply amazing, professional, and warming while treating me early Friday morning. They ensured that I was well cared for, informed, and comfortable throughout my visit! It was literally like having angels 😇 assigned to my bedside. Thank you again team for a top tier medical experience from being admitted to being discharged you all made a not so pleasant morning, pleasant! This was an extremely great experience at an emergency room. Where I come from I’m used to waiting 12-16 hours for emergent services. I was brought to an ER bed before I could finish filling out the registration forms. Then the nurse, the Dr., and the radiology tech all came in and completed their duties for my wellness before I could finish filling out the forms. So that was the most efficient service I have ever been lucky enough to receive from any emergency medical facility. And all of the staff were super friendly.

I was seen at the er on 06/20/26 starting from the young lady that checked me in so professionally a show concern about what was going on with me. The Dr. was so professional and Nurse they were very concerned about me,addressed my pain and got me to feeling better.This hospital is such a great place to go if you’re sick.Because they treated everyone with Respect . The staff is exceptional anytime I’m sick. This will be the hospital that I go to from now on thanks, Baylor, Scott, and White for your exceptional service. God bless you all…..

While I was calling out from my room for assistance to help clean up **my vomit**, Rikki heard me **all the way from the hallway** and immediately came in to help without hesitation. She handled the situation with **professionalism, kindness, and genuine care**. Rikki did a **fantastic job**—not just in cleaning, but in making sure the environment felt safe, comfortable, and dignified again.
